CABLE INSTALLATION STRUCTURE, BASE FOR CABLE INSTALLATION STRUCTURE, AND CABLE INSTALLATION METHOD
To stably connect a cable to an at-sea installation.SOLUTION: A cable installation structure comprises: a base having a cylindrical side wall that is built on a subaqueous and supports an at-sea installation, and a hollow part communicated with the at-sea installation inside of the side wall; and a cable which is constructed in the subaqueous, of which one end side is inserted into the hollow part of the base, and which is connected to the at-sea installation. The base includes a cable insertion hole which is established on the side wall, and into which the cable is inserted toward the inside of the hollow part from the side of the subaqueous; and an inner side flange part extended toward the inside of the hollow part along an insertion direction of the cable from a circumference of the cable insertion hole. A protrusion projected toward the outside of the side wall from the circumference of the cable insertion hole is not installed onto the base.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
