To provide an exhaust gas purification filter capable of suppressing an increase in pressure loss due to ash deposition.SOLUTION: There is provided an exhaust gas purification filter 1 which has a plurality of cells 11 extending in the filter axial direction (X), a porous partition wall 12 for partitioning and forming the plurality of cells 11 and a sealing unit 13 for alternatingly sealing the plurality of cells 11 at both filter ends. In the exhaust gas purification filter 1, the partition wall 12 is arranged such that the total value of a void volume Vvv of a protrusion valley section 123 and a material volume Vmp of a protrusion peak section 124, which are volume parameters of the surface of the partition wall 12 obtained by non-contact surface roughness measurement, is more than 1.8 μm3/μm2 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
