To provide a revolving superstructure of a construction machine, and an assembling method of the revolving superstructure of the construction machine facilitating attachment operation of a plurality of pipes to a revolving frame.SOLUTION: A revolving body 10 is provided with a revolving frame 20 having an inner space 27; a left side apparatus 41 mounted on a left side side-frame 31; and a right side apparatus 42 mounted on a right side side-frame 32. A plurality of pipes 50 are connected to the left side apparatus (41) and the right side apparatus (42) and are configured to pass through the inner space 27. Fixing members 60 fix the plurality of pipes 50 to each other. The left side holding part (71) fixes the plurality of pipes (50) on the revolving frame 20 at a left side Yl further than the inner space 27. The right side holding part 72 fixes the plurality of pipes 50 on the revolving frame 20 at a right side Yr further than the inner space 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
