To provide a molded product manufacturing tube that is hardly subject to equipment restrictions such as the need for a large injection pump, is capable of quick construction, and can obtain a molded product with higher strength.SOLUTION: A molded product manufacturing tube is formed by surrounding a transport path of the slurry-like hydrated material with a tubular peripheral wall for filtering the hydrated material. The peripheral wall has a tubular and water-permeable tube body, and a water-permeable auxiliary inner layer laminated on the inner surface of the tube body. The tube body is made of fabric, and the auxiliary inner layer is made of non-woven fabric. The fiber direction of the non-woven fabric is oriented in the transport direction of the hydrated material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】大形の注入ポンプを要するといった設備的な制限を受け難く、且つ迅速な施工が可能であり、より高強度の成形体を得ることができる成形体製造チューブを提供すること。【解決手段】スラリー状の水和材料の搬送路を、前記水和材料を濾過する筒状の周壁で取り囲むことにより形成されており、前記周壁は、筒状で透水性のチューブ本体と、このチューブ本体の内面に積層された透水性の補助内層とを有し、前記チューブ本体は織物により形成され、前記補助内層は不織布により形成され、前記不織布の繊維方向は、前記水和材料の搬送方向に配向されていることを特徴とする成形体製造チューブを提供すること。【選択図】図１
