To provide a fixing structure and a fixing method capable of ensuring the fixing strength of an installation object to a concrete floor surface without using a post-construction anchor.SOLUTION: The fixing structure is for fixing an installation object to a concrete floor surface, which includes a support member, an adhesive, and a stress degree dispersion portion. The support member supports the installation object. The adhesive is provided between the support member and the floor surface, and the adhesive surface is adhered to the floor surface to fix the support member to the floor surface. The stress degree dispersion portion disperses the stress degree generated on the adhesive surface by the tensile force applied to the support member on the adhesive surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
