To provide an antiseismic structure for wooden buildings that can have as large an opening as possible even if the south side of the building is narrow and can ensure sufficient seismic resistance at low cost.SOLUTION: There is provided an antiseismic structure 10 for wooden buildings, in which on the wall surface W of the wooden building B, a step 21 is set so that an upper surface 20a of an opening rising 20 at the position where the opening O is arranged is lower than an upper surface 12a of a rising 12 other than the position where the opening O is arranged. A pair of pillar members 22, 22 are erected at both ends of the upper surface 20a of the opening rising 20. An opening base 24 is arranged on the upper surface 20a of the opening rising 20 located between the pair of pillar members 22, 22. Pillar bases 22a, 22a of the pair of pillar members 22, 22 are sandwiched between a side surface 12b of the rising 12 formed by the step 21 and the opening base 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
