FORCE-FEED PIPE FIXTURE FOR CONCRETE CASTING
To provide a force-feed pipe fixture for a concrete casting for fixing the force-feed pipe force-feeding concrete to a column or a beam made of an H-shaped steel.SOLUTION: The support member comprises: a support plate having a pair of through holes leaving a space; a U bolt having a pair of screw parts formed at an end and a U-shaped bent part for connecting the pair of screw parts, in which the pair of screw parts are inserted into the pair of through holes from one side to other side of the support plate, and pinching and fixing the force-feed pipe between the U-shaped bent part and one side surface of the support plate; and a nut threaded from the other side of the support plate to the screw part. A fixing member comprises a clamp fixture having a pinching member formed in a substantially U-shape by a pair of opposing pinching pieces and a pinching opening between the pair of pinching pieces to fix a flange part of an H-shaped steel, and a pressing force bolt threaded retractably from a through screw hole provided at the one pinching piece to the other pinching piece, and is connected to the other side of the support plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 Ｈ形鋼を用いた柱や梁にコンクリートを圧送する圧送管を固定するためのコンクリート打設用圧送管固定金具を提供することにある。【解決手段】 支持部材は、一対の透孔が間隔をあけて設けられた支持板と、端部に形成された一対のネジ部及び該一対のネジ部を繋ぐＵ字屈曲部を有し、該一対のネジ部が支持板の一方側から他方側へ向かって一対の透孔に挿通され、Ｕ字屈曲部と支持板の該一方側の面との間に前記圧送管を挟み込んで固定するＵボルトと、支持板の他方側からネジ部へ螺合するナットと、を備え、前記固定部材は、対向する一対の挟持片と一対の挟持片間の挟持口とにより略コの字形をなし、挟持口において前記Ｈ形鋼のフランジ部を固定する挟持体と、一方の挟持片に設けた貫通ネジ穴から他方の挟持片に向かって進退可能に螺着した押圧ボルトと、を有するクランプ金具を備え、前記支持板の他方側に接合されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
