METHOD FOR REHABILITATING TUBULAR BODY, AND PIPE STRUCTURE
To efficiently rehabilitate a tubular body such as a sewage pipe or a tunnel.SOLUTION: A lining pipe 3 is provided along the inner periphery of a tubular body 2. A timbering material 10 including a vertical timbering material 11 that can be expanded and contracted vertically is installed in the lining pipe 3. The lining pipe 3 is deformed so as to extend vertically by extending the timbering material 10, and the top part 3a and the bottom part 3b of the lining pipe are respectively pressed against the top part 2a and the bottom part 2b of the tubular body 2. Next, a backfill material 5 is injected into an inter-pipe gap 4 between the tubular body 2 and the lining tube 3. After the backfill material 5 loses its fluidity, the timbering material 10 is removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】下水道管やトンネルなどの管状体の更生施工を効率的に行う。【解決手段】管状体2の内周に沿ってライニング管3を設ける。上下に伸縮可能な縦支保材11を含む支保工10をライニング管3内に設置する。支保材10を伸長させることによって、ライニング管3を上下へ伸びるように変形させて、ライニング管の頂部3a及び底部3bをそれぞれ管状体2の頂部2a及び底部2bに押し当てる。次いで、管状体2とライニング管3との間の管間隙間4に裏込め材5を注入する。裏込め材5の流動性喪失後、支保材10を撤去する。【選択図】図1
