To provide a hospital ward in which a nursing traffic line can be shortened, a nursing burden can be reduced, a long period of time for direct nursing can be secured, and nursing management can be improved since a nurse manager can easily watch nurse status.SOLUTION: In a hospital ward, there is provided a cross-type patient's room corridor 20 facing a patient's room 21 and disposed in a cross shape respectively in two hospital ward regions 2A, 2B. A first corridor portion 25 and a second corridor portion 26 in two directions protruding from a first central cross portion 22 of the cross-type patient's room corridor 20 are respectively disposed so as to face outer peripheral edges 3a in two directions of a nursing staff exclusive region 3. The nursing staff exclusive region 3 includes: a nursing staff exclusive cross-type staff passage 30 disposed in a cross shape in the center; and a staff station 31 comprising a station protruding portion 31A protruding to an inside of the first central cross portion 22 of the cross-type patient's room corridor 20 and becoming a base point of the nursing staff in the nursing staff exclusive region 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】看護動線を短くでき、看護の負担を小さくでき、直接看護の時間を長く確保することができ、また、看護師管理者から看護師の状況が見やすく、看護管理を向上できる。【解決手段】２つの病棟領域２Ａ、２Ｂには、それぞれ病室２１に面する十字形状に配置されたクロス型病室廊下２０が設けられ、クロス型病室廊下２０の第１中央交差部２２より突出する二方向の第１廊下部２５、及び第２廊下部２６がそれぞれ看護スタッフ専用領域３の二方向の外周縁３ａに面して配置され、看護スタッフ専用領域３には、中央に看護スタッフ専用の十字形状に配置されたクロス型スタッフ通路３０と、クロス型病室廊下２０の第１中央交差部２２の内側に張り出したステーション張出部３１Ａを備え、看護スタッフ専用領域３において看護スタッフの拠点となるスタッフステーション３１と、を有する構成の病棟を提供する。【選択図】図１
