A rotating space 21 penetrating in the front-rear direction is installed in the frame 20. A first rotating shaft 12 is rotatably installed in the rotating space 21. A window grating 22 is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the first rotating shaft 12. A ventilation space is installed in the window grating 22. A lock wheel 11 is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the first rotating shaft 12 in the ventilation space. A first slide guide groove that opens oppositely is formed in the left and right end walls of the rotating space 21. The window grating 22 can be locked in the normal state. In addition, an evacuation device is installed so that when an emergency occurs indoors, a person can use a safety rope to get down to the ground, the configuration is simple, the operation is convenient, and the production and use are convenient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
