To provide a pipeline construction structure which can fix a pipeline while inhibiting cracks in a slab, and to provide a pipeline construction method.SOLUTION: A pipeline construction method 100 of the invention includes: a slab 101; a plate 110 having a through hole A2 penetrating through the slab and a horizontal plate part 111 installed on the slab; a horizontal pipeline support 120 fixed to the horizontal plate part; and a pipeline 210 having a horizontal pipeline part 211 extending in a substantially horizontal direction above the slab and a vertical pipeline part 212 extending in a substantially vertical direction in the through hole. The horizontal pipeline part of the pipeline is fixed by the horizontal pipeline support.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
