The putty-filling-space-forming member 5 comprises: a filling-space-forming part 5a that forms a filling space R of a putty 11; and a guide part 5c provided along an edge of a communication port 5b between the filling space R and the outside. The filled-putty-leveling member 19 comprises: a guide-object part 19a that is slidably guided by the guide part 5c; and a leveling part 19b that levels off the patty 11 filled in the filling space R in a manner of scraping an excess putty that overflows to the communication port 5b side as the guide-object part 19a slides to move.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
