MULTI SHAFT DRILLING MACHINE
To solve a problem that a plurality of all of drilling shafts cannot be prevented from being rotated with a driving part as a supporting point as load on the plurality of drilling shafts cannot be supported enough because a part of the plurality of drilling shafts is to be supported only by a slide contact body because of a configuration to support the drilling shafts with the slide contact body slidingly contacting a wall surface of a drilled wall.SOLUTION: A multi shaft drilling machine is configured to arrange a plurality of drilling shafts 7 rotatingly driven by a driving machine 5 liftably attached on a leader mast 3 arranged on a base machine 2 placed on the ground in parallel with a driving machine 5, and to arrange a connecting body 10 integrally coupling each of the drilling shafts 7 and a rigid cover 9 at a lower specific position of the rigid cover 9, wherein one or a plurality of intermediate drilling shafts 7B is arranged between a pair of outer drilling shafts 7A of the plurality of the drilling shafts 7, outer peripheries of the pair of the outer drilling shafts 7A of the plurality of the drilling shafts 7 are surrounded with rigid covers 9, and an upper part of the rigid cover 9 is fixedly attached to the driving machine 5 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】従来、掘削軸を、掘削孔の壁面に摺接する摺接体により支持する構成のため、複数の掘削軸の一部を摺接体により支持するのみとなって、複数の掘削軸に掛かる荷重を充分に支持できず、複数の掘削軸全体が駆動部を支点に回転するのを防止できないという課題がある。【解決手段】地上に設置されたベースマシン2に設けられたリーダーマスト3に昇降自在に取付けた駆動装置5により駆動回転する掘削軸7を駆動装置5に並列状態で複数設け、この複数の掘削軸7のうち外側の一対の外側掘削軸7Aの間に一つまたは複数の中間掘削軸7Bを設け、前記複数の掘削軸7のうち、一対の外側掘削軸7Aの外周は剛性カバー9によりそれぞれ包囲し、該剛性カバー9の上部は駆動装置5側に固定状態に取付け、前記剛性カバー9の下方所定位置には各掘削軸7および前記剛性カバー9とを一体状に連結する連結体10を設けた多軸掘削装置。【選択図】図3
