To properly manage a river.SOLUTION: In a hydroelectric power generation facility 100, in a case where water supplied for an operation of a hydroelectric power generation facility 112 at an upstream side of a river 111 of a water tank 101 reaches the water tank 101 during a stop of an operation of a power generator 103 due to water shortage: when water level in a dam 105 is equal to or lower than an alarm output water level, a start delay time delaying a start of a discharge alarm device 107 is set; and in a case where water level in the dam 105 is equal to or lower than the alarm output water level and an opening of a water intake gate 108 is equal to or larger than a predetermined opening, the power generator 103 operated by using water in the water tank 101 is started.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】適切な河川管理をおこなうこと。【解決手段】水力発電設備100において渇水による発電機103の運転停止中に、水槽101よりも河川111の上流側の水力発電設備112の運転に供された水が水槽101に到達した場合に、ダム105の水位が警報出力水位以下であれば放流警報装置107の起動を遅延させる起動遅延時間を設定し、ダム105の水位が警報出力水位以下であって取水口ゲート108の開度が所定開度以上である場合に、水槽101の水を用いて運転される発電機103を起動させるようにした。【選択図】図1
