To provide a vibration controller for a wind power generation device in which there is less necessity to consider interference with a device or structure installed in a tower, and provide a wind power generation device.SOLUTION: A vibration controller of a wind power generation device comprises, for example, a weight 1 formed in an annular shape and suspended from the upper part of a tower 3, and an attenuation device 4 provided between the inner wall of the tower 3 and the outer periphery of the weight 1. Also, the vibration controller of the wind power generation device comprises, for example, a weight 1 formed in an annular shape, and an attenuation material storage container 7 installed on the inner wall of the tower 3, housing an attenuation material 4', and arranged so that the weight 1 is immersed in the attenuation material 4'. A plurality of balls 11 in contact with the inner surface of the bottom part of the attenuation material storage container 7 is provided on the bottom part in the circumferential direction of the weight 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
