To provide a management system for a working machine preventing damage of hydraulic parts of the working machine caused by performance reduction of hydraulic oil even when the hydraulic oil of a hydraulic system is replaced and the hydraulic oil becomes a mixed oil in which mineral oil and biodegradable oil are mixed.SOLUTION: A memory device 112b memorizes oil replacement history information of hydraulic oil, oil type determination values for determining whether the hydraulic oil is any of mineral oil, biodegradable oil, or mixed oil of the mineral oil and the biodegradable oil, and an abnormal determination value for each type of the hydraulic oil. A controller 112a checks whether there is oil replacement information without determination of any oil type in the oil replacement history information, determines the type of the hydraulic oil based on each value of a plurality of oil properties detected with an oil sensor 120 and an oil type determination value in a case of the oil replacement information without the determination of the oil type, and determines abnormality of the hydraulic oil using the abnormal determination value for a determination result of the type of the hydraulic oil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】油圧システムの作動油が交換され、作動油が鉱物油と生分解性油が混じり合った混合油となったときでも、作動油の性能低下による作業機械の油圧部品の破損を未然に防ぐことができるようにする。【解決手段】記憶装置112bは、作動油の油交換履歴情報と、作動油が鉱物油、生分解性油、鉱物油と生分解性油の混合油のいずれであるかを判定するための油種判定値と、作動油の種類毎の異常判定値を記憶しておき、コントローラ112aは、油交換履歴情報に油種判定がなされていない油交換情報があるかどうかを確認し、油種判定がなされていない油交換情報があるとき、オイルセンサ120によって検出した複数のオイル性状のそれぞれの値と油種判定値とに基づいて作動油の種類を判定し、作動油の種類の判定結果に対応する異常判定値を用いて作動油の異常を判定する。【選択図】図4
