To provide a realistically more proper structural material comprehensively assessing manufacturing cost, difficulties to manufacture, safety viewpoint, etc., in addition to viewpoint of strength and weight, and a foldable tent using this structural material.SOLUTION: A square pipe SP with shaft holes SH on both ends and a structural material 113 made by wrapping a carbon fiber sheet CS around the outer surface of square pipe SP excluding shaft hole SH are arranged one intersecting another, eight pantograph structures 112a in which the intersecting parts are rotatably supported by axes are arranged in one direction, a frame part 11 using a magic hand structure 111 that is rotatably connected to another adjacent pantograph structure 112a via a connecting member 114a, and a curtain 12 arranged so as to cover the frame portion 11 are provided, the frame part 11 arranges six magic hand structures 111 formed in an arch shape in which both ends are in contact with the installation surface in parallel, a pantograph structure 112b or a magic hand structure is installed between the magic hand structures 111.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】強度、重量の観点に加え、製造コストや製造の難しさ、安全性の観点等を総合的に判断し、現実的な範囲でより好適な構造材及び、この構造材を用いた折り畳み式テントを提供する。【解決手段】両端に軸穴SHを備える角パイプSPと、軸穴SHを除く角パイプSPの外表面に炭素繊維シートCSを巻き付けてなる構造材113を2本交差するよう配し、該交差した部分が回動可能に軸支されてなるパンタグラフ構造体112aを一方向に8つ並べ、隣接する他のパンタグラフ構造体112aと連結部材114aを介して回動可能に連結してなるマジックハンド構造体111を用いたフレーム部11と、フレーム部11を覆うように配される幕12とを備え、フレーム部11が、両端が設置面に接地するアーチ状に形成されたマジックハンド構造体111を6つ並列させ、マジックハンド構造体111間をパンタグラフ構造体112b又はマジックハンド構造体で架設してなる。【選択図】図1
