To provide a norovirus remove system as a facility for removing norovirus from a human body.SOLUTION: A personal hygiene administration system of the invention has: a food handling area (D) having a facility for performing a cooking or a processing of food, and different entrance and exit leading to this, and is in a building divided into two areas such as a contamination area of norovirus and a non-contamination area of norovirus including the food handling area (D). The hygiene administration system is a norovirus remove system having an entrance removing clothes area (A) having the entrance for removing personal clothes or the like as a contamination area of the norovirus and a norovirus remove area (B) for cleansing and removing norovirus attached to the body, between the entrance and the food handling area (D) in an irreversible manner, in order to prevent norovirus originating from human from entering into the food handling area (D).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、ノロウイルスをヒトの身体から除去するための設備としてのノロウイルスリブームシステムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、食品の調理や加工などを行う設備機器を備えた食品取扱エリア（Ｄ）と、これに通じる異なる入口と出口を有し、ノロウイルスの汚染区域と食品取扱エリア（Ｄ）を含むノロウイルスの非汚染区域とに二分される建築物内における個人の衛生管理システムであって、前記衛生管理システムは、前記食品取扱エリア（Ｄ）へのヒトに由来するノロウイルスの侵入を阻止するために、前記入口と該食品取扱エリア（Ｄ）との間に、ノロウイルスの汚染区域として、該入口を有し、私服等を脱ぐための入室時脱衣エリア（Ａ）と、身体に付着したノロウイルスを洗浄除去するためのノロウイルスリムーブエリア（Ｂ）と、を順に逆行不能に配置したノロウイルスリムーブシステムである。【選択図】図１
