ANCHOR ELEMENT FIXATION METHOD
To provide an anchor element fixation method which can be constructed easily by an injection system depending on a circumstance of a construction site in a post-constructed anchor method.SOLUTION: The anchor element fixation method has: a process for aggregating a hydraulic property composition by allowing the hydraulic property composition to absorb the water by bringing water into contact with a fixative capsule in which the hydraulic property composition is sealed in a water permeability cylindrical container; a process of removing the aggregated hydraulic property composition from the water permeability cylindrical container, and putting it in a cylinder cartridge having a cylinder tip at a tip and an opening at a base, end and then putting a lid body moving toward the cylinder tip in the cylinder cartridge depending on pressing force from the opening; a process of pressing the lid body to push the hydraulic property composition out of the cylinder tip and injecting it into a drilling hole drilled in a concrete skeleton; and a process of inserting the anchor element into the drilling hole, piecing it into the hydraulic property composition, and curing the hydraulic property composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】あと施工アンカー工法において、施工現場の状況に応じて注入方式を用いることにより、簡便に施工できるアンカー素子定着方法を提供する。【解決手段】アンカー素子定着方法は、水硬性組成物が透水性筒状容器に封入されている定着剤カプセルと水とを接触させることにより、前記水硬性組成物に前記水を吸収させて前記水硬性組成物を凝集させる工程と、凝集した前記水硬性組成物を、前記透水性筒状容器から取り出して、先端に筒先と基端に開口とを有するシリンダカートリッジに入れた後、押圧に応じて前記シリンダカートリッジ内を前記筒先に向かって移動する蓋体を前記開口から入れる工程と、前記蓋体を押圧して前記水硬性組成物を前記筒先から押し出して、コンクリート躯体に開けられた削孔に注入する工程と、前記削孔にアンカー素子を挿入し前記水硬性組成物に突き刺して、前記水硬性組成物を硬化させる工程とを、有する。【選択図】図1
