To provide a door guide mechanism for suspended doors that is easy to install and versatile.SOLUTION: The door guide mechanism for suspended doors comprises: a first door guide section 10 that includes an abutment plate section 21 to be abutted with a face 110a on a side of the lower end of a door frame 110 forming an opening edge profile 110b of a suspended door 120 where the door is caused to slide for opening and closing and a first guide roller 33 arranged to face the abutment plate section so that the door may slide, and in which the abutment plate section is fixed on the surface or a section other than the abutment plate section is fixed on a floor surface; and a second door guide section 50 that is fixedly connected to the first door guide section in a detachable manner such that a position in the door sliding direction is adjustable, and includes a second guide roller 73 which sandwiches the lower end of the door with the first guide roller to guide the door in the sliding direction within a region where a slide remaining section 120a is disposed. 【課題】設置作業が容易であり、汎用性のある吊り下げ式ドアのドアガイド機構を提供する。【解決手段】吊り下げ式のドア１２０の開口縁面１１０ｂを形成するドアフレーム１１０の下端部のドアが開閉のためにスライド移動される側の面１１０ａに突き当てられる突き当てプレート部２１と、ドアをスライド移動可能に突き当てプレート部に対向配置された第一のガイドローラ３３とを有し、突き当てプレート部が面に固定され、または、突き当てプレート部以外の部分が床面に固定される第一のドアガイド部１０と、第一のドアガイド部にドアのスライド方向での位置を調整可能、かつ、着脱可能に連結固定され、引き残し部分１２０ａが配置される領域でドアの下端部を第一のガイドローラと挟持してスライド方向にガイドするように配置された第二のガイドローラ７３を有する第二のドアガイド部５０と、を有する。ガイドローラの一方が柔軟性を有する材料にて形成される。【選択図】図４
