To provide a method for producing a molten siliceous precast block, capable of preventing abnormal burning without shrinkage during temperature rising and elongating the oven body life of a coke oven, when portland cement is used as a binder.SOLUTION: A method for producing a molten siliceous precast block for a coke oven, using portland cement as a binder, performs s heating treatment on a dried block after subjected molding and drying treatment at a temperature higher than 600°C, and thereby can stabilize a shrinkage behavior to the vicinity of the temperature at which the heating treatment has been performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】結合剤にポルトランドセメントを用いた場合において、昇温中に収縮せずに異常燃焼を防止して、コークス炉の炉体寿命を延ばすことが可能な溶融シリカ質プレキャストブロックの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ポルトランドセメントを結合剤に用いた溶融シリカ質プレキャストブロックの製造方法において、成形施工して乾燥処理を行った後の乾燥ブロックに対して、６００℃より高い温度で加熱処理を施すことで、加熱処理を施した温度近傍までの収縮挙動を安定化させることができるコークス炉向け溶融シリカ質プレキャストブロックの製造方法である。【選択図】図４
