RECYCLED RAW MATERIAL FOR AUTOCLAVED LIGHTWEIGHT AERATED CONCRETE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF AUTOCLAVED LIGHTWEIGHT AERATED CONCRETE USING THEREOF
To provide: an ALC recycled raw material that needs only simple process control without any special measuring device required, does not need any special firing apparatus, is easy in conducting quality control, and, even if an increased amount of an excess ALC recycled raw material is used from 10 mass% to 20 mass% of a total amount in terms of solid content, is less susceptible to fluctuation in an amount of the recycled raw material and can stably maintain the same level of a compression strength as a conventional product; and an ALC manufacturing method that uses these.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an ALC recycled raw material that is obtained by crushing an excess ALC to be a coarse powder, heat-treating it at 105°C to 300°C, and then finely pulverizing it with by a pulverizer until 63 μm sieve residue is 45 mas% or less, and an ALC manufacturing method in which the ALC recycled raw material is added as much as 10 mass% to 20 mass% of the total ALC raw material in terms of solid content.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、特別な測定装置が不要で工程管理が簡便であり、特別な焼成設備も必要とせず、品質管理が容易で、余剰ALCのリサイクル原料を内割固形分で10質量%から20質量%程度まで増量して使用しても、リサイクル原料量の変動を受けにくく、従来品と同程度の圧縮強度を安定して保持できる、ALCのリサイクル原料、及びこれを用いたALCの製造法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】余剰ALCを粗粉砕した粗粉を、105℃〜300℃で加熱処理をした後、微粉砕機で、63μm篩残分が45質量%以下となるまで微粉砕したALC用リサイクル原料、及び、これを内割固形分でALC原料全体の10質量%から20質量%添加することを特徴とするALCの製造方法を提供する。【選択図】 図1
