THERMALLY EXPANDABLE REFRACTORY RESIN COMPOSITION
To provide a thermally expandable refractory resin composition capable of extrusion molding and having both high expandability and high residual hardness.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermally expandable refractory resin composition which comprises 100 pts.wt. of a resin component, 3 to 300 pts.wt. of a thermally expandable graphite and 2 to 200 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler, wherein the thermally expandable graphite has an aspect ratio of 20 or more and an average thickness of 50 μm or less, the resin component includes at least one selected from the group consisting of a polyvinyl chloride, a chlorinated vinyl chloride and a thermoplastic elastomer and includes no phosphorus compound (excluding a phosphate ester plasticizer).SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】押出成形が可能で、かつ高膨張性と高残渣硬さとを兼ね備えた熱膨張性耐火樹脂組成物を提供する。【解決手段】熱膨張性耐火樹脂組成物は、樹脂成分100重量部、熱膨張性黒鉛3〜300重量部、及び無機充填材2〜200重量部を含有し、熱膨張性黒鉛の平均アスペクト比が20以上、かつ平均厚さが50μm以下であり、樹脂成分がポリ塩化ビニル、塩素化塩化ビニル及び熱可塑性エラストマーからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つを含み、リン化合物(燐酸エステル可塑剤を除く。)を含有しないことを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
