AUTOMATIC VALET PARKING SYSTEM
To provide an automatic valet parking system capable of performing smooth operation by controlling entry of an occupant and an automatic driving vehicle into a getting-on/off area.SOLUTION: In an automatic valet parking system which is provided with: a parking area 100 in which an automatic driving vehicle C capable of automatically traveling without involvement of an occupant is parked; a getting-on/off area 200 in which the occupant gets on/off the automatic driving vehicle C and is connected to a facility F; and a control device for allowing the automatic driving vehicle C to automatically travel in an unmanned manner by a wireless instruction between the getting-on/off area 200 and the parking area 100 to enter and exit the vehicle, an opening/closing mechanism 400 which isolates the getting-on/off area 200 and restricts the entrance and exit of the occupant and the automatic driving vehicle C, and a detector 500 which detects an object in the getting-on/off area 200 are provided. The control device outputs a control signal to the opening/closing mechanism 400 based on a detection signal from the detector 500.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
