Further, the external authorization code is stored in a memory 39 by the electronic key, and when the electronic key is exchanged with an electronic lock 14, the external authorization code is read from the memory by the electronic lock. Further, the external authorization code is checked by an electronic lock processor 72, and in this case, by using the internal authorization code determination program, the processor itself determines the internal authorization code BCS. Further, the internal authorization code is compared with the external authorization code received by the electronic key.
