To provide: a cement strength enhancing agent capable of significantly enhancing strength of a hardened matter of a cement composition for a prolonged period; an additive for cement capable of significantly enhancing strength of a hardened matter of a cement composition for a prolonged period; a cement composition including the additive for cement; and a method of enhancing cement strength capable of significantly enhancing strength of a hardened matter of a cement composition for a prolonged period.SOLUTION: A cement strength enhancing agent according to an embodiment of this invention includes a cyclic imino ether group-containing compound (A) having a cyclic imino ether group expressed by a specific general formula. An additive for cement according to an embodiment of this invention includes: the cyclic imino ether group-containing compound (A) having a cyclic imino ether group expressed by a specific general formula; and at least one kind selected from a group consisting of an alkanol-amine compound (B) and a specific compound (C).SELECTED DRAWING: None
