To provide a cable drive device capable of easily adjusting the tension of an inner cable.SOLUTION: A cable drive device 1 includes: a drive unit 2; an inner cable 31; an outer casing 41; a first attachment member 51 to which one end 41a of the outer casing 41 is attached; a second attachment member 52 to which the other end 41b of the outer casing 41 is attached; an operation part OP that changes the extension direction of the outer casing 41 so as to change the routing path of the outer casing 41 between the first attachment member 51 and the second attachment member 52; and a fixing part F that fixes the operation part OP in a state where the extension direction of the outer casing 41 has been changed by the operation part OP.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
