To provide a pipe coupling and an installation structure thereof.SOLUTION: A pipe coupling of the present invention has: a cylindrically formed coupling body 27; a side coupling part 30 with an end part connected to a side face of the coupling body, with an opening formed at the end part communicated with the coupling body inside, and jointed with a lateral pipe 22 thereto; and a reverse flow preventing part 31D extending from an annular body 43 inserted into the coupling body and provided to extend from an inner peripheral face of the coupling body, extending in the axial direction of the coupling body and formed at a position facing the side coupling part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
