To provide an inorganic fiber-formed product which causes no or little generation of smoke or odor during heating, has light weight and low thermal conductivity, is excellent in durability after heating, and can be used as a lightweight inorganic heat insulating material or the like.SOLUTION: An inorganic fiber-formed product is composed mainly of water, an alkali silicate, an inorganic binder containing an inorganic powder having SiO2 which is other than cements and alkali silicates, and an inorganic fiber. The total mass of the alkali silicate and the inorganic powder having SiO2 other than cements and alkali silicates is 5 pts.mass or more and 50 pts.mass or less, and the mass of the inorganic fiber is 50 pts.mass or more and 95 pts.mass or less based on the total 100 pts.mass of the inorganic component other than water and the inorganic fiber in the inorganic binder.SELECTED DRAWING: None
