METHOD OF REPLACING BUILDING COMPONENT
To enable mainly replacement of building components while keeping the power on.SOLUTION: The method of replacing building components 3 and 7 includes a partial removal step of removing a part of a building component 3 from the building component 3 through which a wiring 5 of a building 1 is penetrated, a bypass step of connecting a bypass wire 9 to the wiring 5 through the gap formed between the building component 3 and the building 1, a demolition removal step of cutting the position between the bypass wires 9 of the wiring 5 and removing the building component 3 from the building 1, a recombining step of bringing a new building component 7 closer to the building 1 and reconnecting a hole 8 of the new building component 7 with one end of the wiring 5 through the other end, and an installation step of removing the bypass wire 9 from the recombined wiring 5 and attaching a new building component 7 to the building 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1D
【課題】主に、通電状態に保ったまま建物構成部材の交換作業を行い得るようにする。【解決手段】建物構成部材3,7の交換方法は、建物1の配線5が貫通された建物構成部材3に対し、建物構成部材3の一部を外す部分取外工程と、建物構成部材3と建物1の間にできた隙間にバイパス線9を通して配線5に接続するバイパス工程と、配線5のバイパス線9間の位置を切断して、建物構成部材3を建物1から取去る解体除去工程と、建物1に新たな建物構成部材7を近寄せて、新たな建物構成部材7の穴部8に、配線5の一方の端部を通して他方の端部と再結合する再結合工程と、再結合された配線5からバイパス線9を取外して、新たな建物構成部材7を建物1に取付ける取付工程とを行うようにする。【選択図】図1D
