To provide a rainwater storage pipe structure capable of both securing water for an emergency toilet and controlling water to be drained into a sewage system in a relatively small-sized space.SOLUTION: A rainwater storage pipe structure of this invention comprises: a vertical hole buried in the ground; an overflow weir that partitions an inside of the vertical hole into an upstream side area and a downstream side area; a rainwater storage pipe connected to the upstream side area of the vertical hole; a toilet pipe connected to the upstream side area of the vertical hole; and a rainwater pipe connected to the downstream side area of the vertical hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
