To provide a parking block capable of improving the function, e.g., making radio waves easier to reach during remote operation.SOLUTION: The parking block comprises: a base part 20 that can be installed and fixed in a predetermined part; a movable part 30 that can reciprocate between a state where it is connected to the base part 20 to be close to a ground plane and a state where it is away from the ground surface; and a drive mechanism 40 that moves the movable part 30 to a predetermined position with respect to the base part 20. The movable part 30 has an upper surface and a lower surface with reference to the ground plane in a state close to the ground plane. A predetermined second functional unit 50 is arranged on the lower surface side, and a protective member 33 that shields the second functional part 50 is arranged on the upper surface side. A protective plate 33 functions as a protective member that shields the second functional part 50 on the upper surface side. In this way, the second functional part 50 is arranged and protected in a gap between the protective plate 33 and the ground plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
