To suppress the generation of abnormal noise.SOLUTION: A flush water tank device according to an embodiment is equipped with a flush water tank, a water supply unit, a hand washing unit, a first water discharge unit, and a second water discharge unit. The flush water tank stores the flush water. The water supply unit supplies flush water to the flush water tank. The hand washing unit is placed above the flush water tank to enable the user to wash his/her hands using a portion of the flush water supplied from the water supply unit to the flush water tank. The first water discharge unit discharges flush water to the flush water tank side at the midpoint of the water supply pipe where flush water flows from the water supply unit. The second water discharge unit is inclined upward in the direction of the flow of the flush water from the water supply unit at the midpoint of the water supply pipe, and discharges the flush water to the hand washing unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
