To provide a piping automatic connecting fastening device and a cylindrical member automatic connecting fastening device for simplifying a work by a worker in fastening and unfastening large piping.SOLUTION: A piping automatic connecting fastening device includes piping and a connecting fastening device 3, the piping includes a movable pipe 1 for centering and specifying a quadrant, and a fixed pipe 2 for mounting the connecting fastening device, and the connecting fastening device includes an electric cylinder, a front support base and a rear support bade of the electric cylinder, an end rotation support base, end rotation connection means, a position restriction bolt nut, a fastening ring, a hook and the like. The electric cylinder is fixed and connected between the front support base and the rear support base of the electric cylinder through a bolt, the position restriction bolt is connected between the end rotation support base fixed and connected to the fastening ring disposed around the fixed pipe and the end rotation connection means, and the position restriction nut is fixed and connected to the position restriction bolt by screw fastening joint.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
