To provide a cement composition for a steam curing product with which a cementitious hardened material having excellent strength development property(particularly initial(for example, 1 to 14 days of age) strength development) and fluidity, and also excellent surface aesthetic, can be obtained.SOLUTION: The present invention provides the cement composition for the steam curing product that contains high-early-strength portland cement and fly ash, in which an early-strength portland cement content is 30 to 90 mass%, a fly ash content is 10 to 30 mass%, a gypsum content is 3.5 to 6.0 mass% in terms of SO3, and an ignition loss of fly ash is 2.0 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
