OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTIVE BULK CONDUCTOR AND ELECTRIFICATION ELEMENT
To provide an oxide superconductive bulk conductor that is superior in heat-resistant cycle property for suppressing warpage and peeling breakage against heat cycles, and also has a bypass function for current inside, and an electrification element that uses the oxide superconductive bulk conductor, according to the present invention.SOLUTION: An oxide superconductive bulk conductor according to the present invention has such a structure that an RE2BaCuO5 phase represented by RE2BaCuO5 composition formula is dispersed in an RE1Ba2Cu3Oy phase represented by composition formula RE1Ba2Cu3Oy and having a uniform crystal orientation, and also comprises two oxide superconductive bulk bodies which are plate-like, and a reinforcement member which is made of titanium or titanium alloy and plate-like, the oxide superconductive bulk bodies being fixed one over the other on at least two surfaces of the reinforcement member along a length direction of the reinforcement member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、酸化物超電導バルク導体において、熱サイクルを受けても反りや剥離破損を抑える耐熱サイクル性に優れ、且つ、内部に電流のバイパス機能を有する酸化物超電導バルク導体及びその酸化物超電導バルク導体を使用した通電素子を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明に係る酸化物超電導バルク導体は、組成式がRE1Ba2Cu3Oyで表され、結晶方位の揃ったRE1Ba2Cu3Oy相中に、組成式がRE2BaCuO5で表されるRE2BaCuO5相が分散した組織を有し、かつ板状である少なくとも2つの酸化物超電導バルク体と、チタン又はチタン合金からなる板状の形状を有する補強部材とを備え、前記補強部材の少なくとも2面に、前記補強部材の長手方向に亘って、前記酸化物超電導バルク体が重ねられて固定されている。【選択図】図1
