To provide a drainage cover and a drainage structure which are capable of suppressing deposition of hair by improving passing of water around legs.SOLUTION: A drainage cover 20 comprises: a lid part 21 which covers a drainage outlet provided in a washing area, and a mounting part located lower than a floor surface of the washing area and provided around the drainage outlet; and leg parts 22 which support the lid part 21 by contacting the mounting part, and are formed so that an outer surface of a first part, whose height from the mounting part is a first height, extends outward from an outer surface of a second part, whose height from the mounting part is a second height.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
