EVACUATION EQUIPMENT AND SMOKE PROTECTION EQUIPMENT
To prevent smoke and enable evacuating safely even if a spiral staircase becomes a throughway of flame and smoke.SOLUTION: Evacuation equipment 2 provided with a spiral staircase 1 includes: a substantially cylindrical mineshaft 10 vertically disposed over indoor spaces 8A, 8B of multiple floors; a sliding bar vertically provided in the mineshaft 10; and the spiral staircase 1 with steps 14 being disposed spirally vertically in an outer circumferential surface 10a of the mineshaft 10. The mineshaft 10 is connected to an evacuation pit provided underground, and can retreat from evacuation pit. An atrium space K disposed of the spiral staircase 1 is closed with a shutter blade 22 of a shutter device 20 every indoor space 8A, 8B, and thereby flame and smoke can be shielded from coming up in the space K of the spiral staircase 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】螺旋階段が火炎や煙の通り道になったとしても煙を防いで安全に避難できる。【解決手段】螺旋階段１を設けた避難設備２は、複数階の室内空間８Ａ、８Ｂに亘って上下方向に配設された略筒状の立て坑１０と、立て坑１０内に上下方向に設けられた滑り棒と、立て坑１０の外周面１０ａにステップ１４が上下方向に螺旋状に配設された螺旋階段１と、を備えた。立て坑１０は地下に設けた避難坑に接続され、避難坑から退避できる。螺旋階段１が配設された吹き抜けの空間Ｋを室内空間８Ａ、８Ｂ毎にシャッター装置２０のシャッター羽根２２で閉鎖することで、火炎や煙が螺旋階段１の空間Ｋを上昇することを遮蔽できる。【選択図】図２
