STEEL PIPE PILE WITH SPIRAL BLADE, SOIL CEMENT COMBINATION PILE, AND CREATION METHOD THEREOF
To provide a combination pile having steel pipe pile with a spiral blade, which exhibits a relatively large bearing capacity without increasing the thickness of the spiral blade, and with which pile connection work can be done easily in a short time.SOLUTION: A soil-cement combination pile P is formed by inserting a steel pipe pile with spiral blade 1, which has a steel pipe pile body 10 and one or more spiral blades 20 attached to the steel pipe pile body 10, into a soil-cement pile 2 created in ground G. The steel pipe pile body 10 is formed by connecting two or more steel pipe members 11 with a mechanical joint 30. The mechanical joint 30 has a protrusion 34 protruding outward in diameter direction with a dimension R of 10 mm or more and 30 mm or less from the surface of the steel pipe pile body 10 over 80% or more of the outer circumference. The dimension A of the protrusion 34 of the mechanical joint 30 in the pile axis direction is set to 50 mm or more and 200 mm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】杭接続作業を短時間で容易に行うことができ、かつ、螺旋状羽根の厚さを厚くすることなく比較的大きい支持力を発現させることができる螺旋状羽根付鋼管杭を備えた合成杭を提供する。【解決手段】ソイルセメント合成杭Pは、鋼管杭本体10と鋼管杭本体10に取り付けられた一つ以上の螺旋状羽根20とを有する螺旋状羽根付鋼管杭1を、地盤G中に造成されるソイルセメント柱体2に挿入して形成したものである。2本以上の鋼管部材11を機械式継手30により接続して鋼管杭本体10を形成する。機械式継手30は、外周の8割以上にわたって鋼管杭本体10の表面から10mm以上30mm以下の寸法Rで径方向外側に突出する突出部34を有している。機械式継手30の突出部34の杭軸方向における寸法Aを50mm以上200mm以下に設定する。【選択図】図4
