To be able to easily install on a standing wall and reduce installation cost.SOLUTION: A wind-force power generator 1 includes a snow protection fence 3 for snow protection, a wind turbine mounting member 9 that is equipped with a wind turbine 11 and can be mounted on the upper end of the snow protection fence 3 and a generator support member 18 provided with a generator 20 that generates electricity based on the rotation of the wind turbine 11. The wind turbine mounting member 9 has a locking recess in which the back surface, front surface, and top plate are formed in an approximately U-shaped cross section attached to the upper end of the snow protection fence 3 and the wind turbine 11 mounted on the upper outside of the snow protection fence 3. A screw part provided on the back side is fastened and fixed to a snow protection plate of the snow protection fence 3. The generator support member 18 is attached to the upper end of the snow protection fence 3 to connect the rotating shaft 12 of the wind turbine 11 to the generator 20. The wind turbine 11 is rotated by drifting snow and the generator 20 receives rotation of the rotating shaft 12 and generates electricity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
