REPAIR METHOD OF ASPHALT PAVEMENT ROAD
To provide a repair method of asphalt pavement roads which can reduce time and work required for repairs.SOLUTION: When repairing asphalt pavement road, repair materials are spread from above a surface layer 4 as shown by an arrow, so that the repair materials flow in toward a boundary portion between a base layer 3 and the surface layer 4. The repair materials spread from above the surface layer 4 flow in toward the boundary portion between the base layer 3 and the surface layer 4. The repair materials flowed in this way enter cracks and voids in the base layer 3 and the surface layer 4 and the voids formed at the boundary between the base layer 3 and the surface layer 4. And, based on the reaction between rubber asphalt emulsion forming the repair materials and cement grout, water is removed from the repair materials and they solidify, so that cracks and voids in the base layer 3 and the surface layer 4 on the asphalt pavement road and voids formed at the boundary between the base layer 3 and the surface layer 4 are repaired, and the repaired parts are made water resistant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】補修の際に手間がかかることを抑制できるアスファルト舗装道路の補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】アスファルト舗装道路を補修する際には、表層４の上から補修材を矢印で示すように散布することにより、同補修材が基層３と表層４との境界部分に向けて流し込まれる。表層４の上から散布された補修材は、基層３と表層４との境界部分に向けて流し込まれる。このように流し込まれた補修材は、基層３及び表層４におけるひび割れ及び空隙や、基層３と表層４との境界部分に生じた空隙に入り込む。そして、その補修材を形成するゴムアスファルトエマルジョンとセメントグラウトとの反応に基づき同補修材から水分が除かれて固化することにより、アスファルト舗装道路における基層３及び表層４におけるひび割れ及び空隙や、基層３と表層４との境界部分に生じた空隙が補修されるとともに、その補修された部分に耐水性が持たされる。【選択図】図１
