EXCAVATION AGITATOR
To provide an excavation agitator capable of integrally constructing a columnar improved body and a core body without pulling up from an excavation hole or replacing members when constructing a core body consisting only of a binder in a central part of the columnar improved body composed of a solidified mixture of an excavated soil and the binder.SOLUTION: A hollow portion 220 that serves as a flow path for a binder is provided in a main body cylinder portion 22, and a core body construction inner cylinder 23 is inserted into the hollow portion and is held so as to be able to appear and disappear downward. A core bottom lid material 30 that closes a lower end opening of the core body construction inner cylinder 23 is held in the vicinity of the bottom portion of the main body cylinder portion 22 via a holding member 28 provided on the main body cylinder portion 22. When an excavation hole 40 is dug in this state and the core body construction inner cylinder 23 is projected downward at a predetermined position, the core bottom lid material 30 is separated from the main body cylinder portion 22 and attached to a lower end of the core body construction inner cylinder 23. When an excavation agitator 10 is pulled up while additionally injecting the binder, the core bottom lid material 30 is left at an arbitrary position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】掘削土と結合材との固化混合物からなる円柱状改良体の中心部分に結合材のみからなる芯体を築造するに際して、掘削孔からの引き上げや部材の付け替えを行わなくても、円柱状改良体と芯体とを一体的に築造することができる掘削攪拌装置を提供する。【解決手段】本体筒部22に結合材の流路となる中空部220が設けられ、その中に芯体築造用内筒23が挿入されて下方に出没し得るように保持される。芯体築造用内筒23の下端開口を塞ぐ芯底蓋材30が、本体筒部22に設けられた保持部材28を介して本体筒部22の底部近傍に保持される。この状態で掘削孔40を掘り進み、所定の位置で芯体築造用内筒23を下方に突出させると、芯底蓋材30が本体筒部22から離脱して芯体築造用内筒23の下端に装着される。結合材を追加注入しながら掘削攪拌装置10を引き上げると、芯底蓋材30が任意の位置に残置される。【選択図】図3
