To provide an attachment structure capable of connecting a concrete member and an attachment in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An attachment structure 10 of an attachment is attached on a central beam member 22 through a precast frame 60. The precast frame 60 comprises: a precast frame body 62; a joint steel material 70 which has one end buried in the precast frame body 62 and the other end projected from the precast frame body 62, and is connected on a vibration suppression device 50 with bolts; and a steel bar 80 which has one end buried in the precast frame body 62 and welded on the joint steel material 70 and the other end projected from the precast frame body 62, and is buried in the central beam member 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
