SURFACE GRINDING DEVICE FOR PAVEMENT SURFACE
To provide a surface grinding device for a pavement surface having a dustproof cover that can efficiently collect dust and does not pollute the surrounding environment.SOLUTION: A surface grinding device 1 for a pavement surface comprise: a vehicle traveling on a pavement surface 12; a columnar grinding body 2; and a dustproof cover 3. The central axis of the grinding body 2 is provided horizontally. When a surface of the pavement surface 12 is ground on a circumferential surface of a columnar body by rotating, dust is sent forward. The dustproof cover 3 includes a semi-cylindrical cover body 7 that covers an approximately upper half of the circumferential surface of the grinding body 2 and further includes a rear rubber sheet 8, a front rubber sheet 9, and a pair of side rubber sheets provided to seal a gap between itself and the pavement surface 12 on both the rear and front sides of the grinding body 2. The dustproof cover 3 has a suction duct 11 near the front of the grinding body 2. The cover main body 7 has an extension part that covers the ground body 2 to the bottom.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】粉塵を効率よく集塵でき、周囲環境を汚染することがない防塵カバーを備えた舗装路面の表面研削装置を提供する。【解決手段】舗装路面の表面研削装置１を、舗装路面１２を走行する車両と、円柱状の研削体２と、防塵カバー３とから構成する。研削体２は中心軸が水平に設けられ、回転して円柱の円周面で舗装路面１２の表面を研削すると粉塵が前方に送り出される。防塵カバー３は、研削体２の円周面の略上半分を覆う半円筒状のカバー本体部７を備え、さらに研削体２の後方と前方の両側部における舗装路面１２との隙間をシールする、後方ゴムシート８と前方ゴムシート９と一対の側方ゴムシートを備える。防塵カバー３には、研削体２の前方寄りに吸引ダクト１１を設ける。カバー本体部７には研削体２を下方まで覆う延長部を設ける。【選択図】図２
