To provide a vehicle management system capable of facilitating a procedure for permitting use of a vehicle, a vehicle, a vehicle management device, and a vehicle management method.SOLUTION: In a vehicle management system 1, a vehicle 10 includes: an arrival notification unit 21 for transmitting arrival notification information Cin_P notifying arrival to a prescribed point Sp1 to a vehicle management server 50; a biometric authentication information storage unit 24 for receiving biometric authentication information BA from the vehicle management server 50 to store the biometric authentication information in a memory 40; a biometric information acquisition unit 25 for acquiring biometric information of a determination object person located near the vehicle 10; and a vehicle use control unit 26 for collating the biometric information of the determination object person acquired by the biometric information acquisition unit 25 with biometric information of a use candidate included in the biometric authentication information BA stored in the memory 40, and enables the determination object person to use the vehicle when the determination object person is determined to be the user candidate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
