METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FOAM GLASS PLATE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING VARIOUS KINDS OF NON-FLAMMABLE AND THERMAL INSULATION MATERIALS FORMED OF FOAM GLASS PLATE
To provide a method for manufacturing a foam glass plate and method for manufacturing various kinds of non-flammable and thermal insulation materials formed of the plate, capable of solving the problem that cultivation breeding business in a subtropical area requires temperature control matching with survival of breeding organisms; selection of a thermal insulation material is relevant to light and fuel expenses; and thermal insulation ability for matching cultivation business with the profit base of the business serves as important solution means.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a recycled foam glass plate 8 comprises: forming stone debris of anti-fire stone having a large iron component and reduced into iron oxide by water washing, dolomite, waste glass bottles, feldspar, kibushi clay and zinc white into fine powder and inputting the fine powder into a mixing machine to form a mixture; preparing a frame and lattice having plaster formed by a dolomite plaster and a flatly and thinly applied surface part on a sintering plate; and inputting the mixed mixture into the plastered frame to heat and sinter the mixture at 1100-1180 degrees by a baking furnace to obtain a large sized recycled foam glass plate 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】亜熱帯地域での養殖飼育事業は飼育生物の生存に合わせた温度管理が必要で断熱材の選択は光熱費と関係して来る。更に養殖事業を事業の採算ベースに合わせる為の断熱能力が重要な解決手段となる、発泡ガラス板の製造とその板で作る各種の不燃・断熱材の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】鉄分を多く含み、水洗いで酸化鉄に還元されたコーガ石の屑石とドロマイト・廃棄ガラス瓶・長石・木節粘土・亜鉛華をそれぞれ微粉末にして混成機に投入し混合物を作り、焼成用板上にドロマイトプラスターで漆喰が作られ枠と格子と平らに薄く塗られた面部が用意され、前記の混成された混合物を漆喰枠内に投入し、焼成炉で1100度〜1180度以内で加熱し焼成して製造する再生発泡ガラス板8で、大型サイズを確保したことを特徴とした再生発泡ガラス板8の製造方法。【選択図】図3
