To mainly simplify the structure of the floor parting material to reduce the cost of parts, and to facilitate the construction to shorten the construction period and reduce the construction cost.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a resin floor parting material 6 installed across a step portion 5 between a first floor surface 3 and a second floor surface 4 lower than the first floor surface 3. The floor parting material 6 includes a leg portion 22 extending vertically and located at a boundary portion 21 between the first floor surface 3 and the second floor surface 4, a first arm portion 23 extending from the upper end portion of the leg portion 22 toward the first floor surface 3 side, and a second arm portion 24 extending from the upper end side portion of the leg portion 22 to the second floor surface 4 side. At least the tip end part of the first arm portion 23 is formed of a member 25 that is softer than the leg portion 22 and the second arm portion 24.
