ROTARY ADAPTER FOR UNDERGROUND PILE PERIPHERY EXCAVATION CASING, AND UNDERGROUND PILE PERIPHERY EXCAVATION METHOD USING THE ADAPTER
To provide means for excavating an underground pile periphery safely and securely.SOLUTION: In a lower adapter 30, there are provided a hexagon socket in a lower inside and a stopper in a side face downwardly obliquely, and an upper adapter 20 and the lower adapter 30 are pivotally supported using the socket so as to rotate with respect to each other. Meanwhile, an engagement body having an oblique protrusion is provided, the engagement body is pivotally supported to the upper adapter 20 by suitable means so as to rotate and a spring is provided between the engagement body and the upper adapter 20, to energize an end of the engagement body to the upper adapter 20 always in a direction where the end of the engagement body is directed to the upper adapter 20. When a position of the lower adapter 30 with respect to the upper adapter is on one straight line, the stopper provided in the lower adapter 30 is engaged with the oblique protrusion of the engagement body. Since both of the stoppers are in contact, rotation of the lower adapter 30 with respect to the upper adapter 20 is prohibited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
【課題】安全確実に地中杭周を掘削するための手段を提供する。【解決手段】下部アダプター30において、下方内部に六角穴を側面にストッパーを下向き斜方に設け、上記孔を用いて上部アダプター20と下部アダプター30とを相互に回動可能に軸支し、一方、斜方凸部を有する係合体を設けるとともに、適宜手段にて上部アダプター20に該係合体を回動可能に軸支するとともに、係合体と上部アダプター20間に、スプリングを設けて上部アダプター20に対し係合体端を、常にこの係合体端が上部アダプター20へ向かう方向へ付勢し、上部アダプターに対する下部アダプター30の位置が一直線となったときに、下部アダプター30に設けたストッパーが係合体の斜方凸部に係合し、また上記双方のストッパーが当接することにより、上部アダプター20に対する下部アダプター30の回動が阻止されるよう構成とする。【選択図】図14
