PUMP INSTALLATION, DIAGNOSIS DEVICE FOR PUMP INSTALLATION, MONITORING CONTROL DEVICE, MONITORING CONTROL METHOD, MONITORING CONTROL PROGRAM, DIAGNOSIS METHOD FOR PUMP INSTALLATION, AND DIAGNOSIS PROGRAM FOR PUMP INSTALLATION
To provide a technology capable of detecting occurrence of an earthquake without using a special device and capable of stopping operation safely in the occurrence of the earthquake, in a pump installation.SOLUTION: A pump installation is a pump installation in which an internal combustion engine serves as a driving machine of a main pump, and comprises: a plurality of liquid tanks that stores or supplying liquid to a device; a plurality of liquid level measuring instruments that are provided in the plurality of liquid tanks and measures the liquid level of each liquid tank; and a monitoring control device that monitors an amount of fluctuation in the liquid level of each liquid tank based on the measured values of the plurality of liquid level measuring instruments and controls the operation of the driving machine. The monitoring control device performs control to stop the operation of the driving machine when the liquid levels of two or more liquid tanks simultaneously change periodically beyond a first threshold value set in advance for each liquid tank during the operation of the driving machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ポンプ設備において、地震の発生を特別な機器を用いることなく検知し、地震発生時に安全に運転を停止できる技術を提供する。【解決手段】ポンプ設備は、内燃機関を主ポンプの駆動機とするポンプ設備であって、液体を貯蔵または機器に供給するための複数の液槽と、複数の液槽に設けられ、各液槽の液位を計測する複数の液位計測器と、複数の液位計測器の計測値に基づいて、各液槽の液位の変動量を監視するとともに、駆動機の運転を制御する監視制御装置と、を備える。監視制御装置は、駆動機の運転中に、2槽以上の液槽の液位が同時に、液槽毎に予め定められている第1閾値を超えて周期的に変動した場合に、駆動機の運転を停止する制御を行う。【選択図】 図1
