To provide, in manufacturing a ceramic article using addition manufacturing technology, a ceramic article manufacturing method and a metal component-containing liquid for achieving an improvement in mechanical strength of a modeled product while achieving a high model accuracy and a shape accuracy.SOLUTION: Provided is a ceramic article manufacturing method, and which is characterized by having: (i) a step in which a ceramic modeled product is obtained by energy beam irradiating a powder containing ceramics as main component to sinter or melt and solidify, and to form a solidified part; (ii) a step in which a metal element-containing inorganic particle-containing metal component-containing liquid is absorbed into the ceramic modeled product; and (iii) a step in which the ceramic modeled product into which the metal component-containing liquid is absorbed is heat treated.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 付加製造技術を用いたセラミックス物品の製造において、高い造形精度および形状精度を達成しながら造形物の機械的強度の向上を実現するためのセラミックス物品の製造方法および金属成分含有液を提供する。【解決手段】 セラミックス物品の製造方法であって、(i)セラミックスを主成分とする粉末にエネルギービーム照射して焼結または溶融および凝固させ、固化部を形成することによりセラミックス造形物を得る工程と、(ii)前記セラミックス造形物に、金属元素を含む無機粒子を含む金属成分含有液を吸収させる工程と、(iii)前記金属成分含有液を吸収させた前記セラミックス造形物を加熱処理する工程と、を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】 なし
